The Haborn Kennel System
Is designed and manufactured to ensure maximum strength and minimum maintenance.
All aspects of safety, hygiene and the comfort of your animals have been considered with the up most importance in the design, and we are sure that our kennels and runs will prove that we care about the animal occupants and the people who clean them.

This new concept, which is quick to install, has excellent thermal insulation properties to keep in line with ever changing legislation to ensure the welfare of your animals.

Material and Production
Both gate panels and run dividers are produced in a wide variety of sizes in either all mesh or half sheet infill. Manufactured using 2"x2" gauge weld mesh and 1"x1" box section steel; with 2 bolt hole patterns top and bottom of each panel and our specific gate hanging method amongst other special refinements, you can be assured of ultimate strength and reliability.
For extra safety and security all gate panels are fitted with proven long lasting 6" Brenton Pad Bolt Locking system.

MATERIALS & COATINGS of EXTERNAL WEATHER SHEET
Substrate to be 0.7mm thick steel S22OGD+ZA eutectic Galvalloy hot-dip zinc
coated steel to BSEN1O214:1992. External coating to be Corus UK Limited,
Colorcoat HPS200 plastistol 200 microns thick. Colour-standard SC.
Reverse to have a light gray polyester coating.

Insulation Core
To consist of 45mm thick, closed cell, CFC Free fire rated rigid urethane Loss
Prevention Council grade B Approved insulation.
The auto adhesive properties of the core bond the external and internal sheets
together, and control the panel thickness achieved during manufacture.

Internal Liner Sheet
Substrate to 0.4mm thick Z275 Galvatite hot-dip zinc coated Steel to BSEN1 0147:1992.
Internal coating to be Corus UK Limited, Colorcoat Lining enamel,
22 microns thick. Colour-White.
Reverse to have a light grey polyester coating.

PERFORMANCE

Thermal Insulation
The Panel must have a Thermal transmittance (U value) of 0.44 WIm2K based on
an aged thermal conductivityofo.020W/m2K.
